Sullivan Clinic STAFF LPN - IV CERT

About the role

We are looking for an IV Cert LPN to join our Sullivan Clinic. This is a multi-specialty clinic, a typical day will include rooming, triage calls, point of care testing, assisting the provider and conducting prior authorizations. Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Responsibilities

• Implements treatments and procedures within the scope of practice for the Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Participates in professional development and life long learning.
• Performs patient assessment and evaluation with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
• Assists in developing and updating the plan of care with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.
• Implements plan of care with regard to the patient’s age and developmental needs.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Nursing Experience: No Experience
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience
• Licenses & Certifications: LPN - IV Cert
