Sudski registar Republike Hrvatske
About the role
Portal otvorenih podataka Sudskog registra is designed for development engineers who want to integrate data from the Court Registry into their applications in a machine-readable format. Access to the data is available only after free registration.
After successfully completing the registration form and submitting the request, you will receive an email with a URL to verify your email address and user account. Once verified, you will be directed to a page with access credentials (Client ID, Client Secret), documentation, and instructions for using the service.
Data is retrieved in XML or JSON format exclusively via REST API calls, as described in the API documentation. Users requiring data in other formats (e.g., Excel) must develop their own software solutions to enable this.
Open API specification for public users can be downloaded here. Instructions for development engineers are available here (Upute za razvojne inženjere - v3.0.0.pdf).
For technical questions, contact sudski.registar@pravosudje.hr. If you encounter issues with a specific API call, include the URL you are calling and, if possible, the value of the X-Log-Id parameter from the response header.
Data details
- Data is refreshed once daily on every working day. There is no need to retrieve the same data multiple times within the same day, as no changes will occur.
- Each response includes an X-Timestamp header indicating the exact time the requested data was refreshed from the main registry database.
- To review your access credentials or full service documentation later, revisit the verification URL sent to your email. This will display the access data and documentation for the services you have rights to (same as during initial verification).
- If you lose the verification URL, you can retrieve it here.
