About the Role
Lighthouse Residential Treatment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care within our residential behavioral health and addiction treatment program. Our nursing team plays a critical role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey by delivering exceptional clinical care, education, and treatment support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Carry out physician and provider orders accurately and timely.
- Monitor clients' physical and mental health status and communicate concerns to providers.
- Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and coordinate laboratory services.
- Document care, assessments, and interventions in the Electronic Client Record (ECR).
- Provide health education to clients and families.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care.
- Respond to medical and behavioral health crises as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Support a safe, therapeutic, and client-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Ohio RN or LPN License.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and nursing care practices.
- Ability to pass background checks, compliance screenings, and pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Psychiatric or addiction nursing experience.
- Experience working within residential treatment programs.
Schedule
- Full-Time & Part-Time available
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
