SUD Counselor needed for busy MAT program (CADC, LADC, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW)

About the role

Middlesex Recovery is an addiction treatment program dedicated to providing medically-supervised services for adults across various modalities and settings. As the largest specialty organization addressing the opioid crisis, we focus on delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service at regularly scheduled intervals based on patient need, best practices and state regulations;
• Coordinate all services throughout treatment;
• Conduct initial assessment and evaluation to determine eligibility for services;
• Complete bio-psychosocial assessment;
• Establish individualized treatment plan with each patient and review as clinically indicated;
• Respond, as needed, to patient grievances and complaints;
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans;
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be a CADC, LADC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts;
• Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals;
• Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population;
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Pay

The salary range for this position is from $30.00 to $32.37 per hour. The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
