About the role
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapy services to teens, young adults, and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to teens, young adults, and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in adolescent and young adult behavioral health
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
