What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for SuccessFactors Compensation administration including, but not limited to: Management of forms, users, and foundation master data, maintenance and support across the module, maintain supported language translations, train users with Compensation review and audit process, release functionality reviews & testing, and reporting and analysis support.
- Work alongside compensation leaders & subject matter experts to ensure the compensation setup and system configuration is regularly reviewed, meets internal governance and system standards and/or requirements
- Contributes to the development of standardized compensation operational processes and procedures, guidelines, and documentation and ensures compensation governance model is being followed
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement regarding the compensation and related processes
- Partner with compensation leaders from other departments to optimize system, simplify the end users overall training experience and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Full Life-cycle implementations of Compensation/SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
- 5+ years’ experience with managing Compensation, HR technology platforms, systems, analytics & processes
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
- Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes, and data

- Proficiency in Google Suite
