The Substitute Teacher role involves fostering a nurturing educational environment, implementing positive discipline and guidance techniques, and ensuring an inclusive environment sensitive to diverse backgrounds and individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Follow the classroom Teacher's plans
- Implement positive discipline and guidance techniques
- Foster teacher-child relationships based on love and understanding
- Ensure an inclusive environment sensitive to diverse backgrounds and individual needs
- Promptly report any suspected child abuse or neglect
Requirements
- At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Meet all state (DCFS) qualification requirements for a licensed Child Care facility

Benefits

Pay
The wage range is $22.50-$24.40/hour. Credit for experience will be given.

What you will need
