Qualifications

High School diploma
Experience or interest in working in a school environment
Experience or interest in working with children with disabilities
Requires a pre-employment physical
Certified Personal Care Assistant/Community First Services Support Worker (PCA/CFSS)
Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Duties

  • Assisting staff with individual student needs
  • Aid with lunchroom and recess duties
  • Ability to lift, assist with toileting and implement intervention strategies as needed

Pay

Instructional / Media Clerk: $15.00 /hour
Paraprofessional / Teaching Assistant: $16.50 /hour

Schedule

Should be available at least three days per week.
