Substitute Safety Officer

To ensure that coverage is maintained in all Distrct buildings and at District events, the Substitute Safety Officer shall provide coverage for our full-time Safety Officer(s) in the event of daily or long-term absences (see a copy of the full-time Safety Officer's Job Description for a details of duties and qualifications).

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend additional professional development training as required.
• Organized and understand school organizational structure.
• Able to work on short notice.
• Get along with students and staff.
• Demonstrate sound and mature judgment.
• Respect the strict confidential procedures associated with various aspects of school law.

Hours

Up to eight (8) hours per day as needed to cover daily or long-term absences.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.
