Candidate Responsiblities
- Log and report your time accurately.
- Follow directives from supervisor and team leaders.
- Communicate effectively using the phone and email system within the agency.
- Comply with CFOP 40-2 Vehicle Management, maintaining state vehicles and submitting logs in a timely manner.
- Aid with internal and external moves for the department.
- Manage key requests and the keycard system for multiple sites.
- Dispose of surplus materials and furniture according to CFOP 80-2.
- Supply employees with necessary furniture and assist with desk installations.
- Install and manage whiteboards, corkboards, and other office accessories.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are ready for use and properly accounted for.
- Operate safely and efficiently, ensuring facilities are operational and comfortable for employees.
- Create and maintain a directory of contacts for each site visited.
- Maintain the warehouse and keep aisles clear.
- Order supplies and request POs promptly, avoiding unauthorized services.
- Assist with disaster management preparations and response during hurricanes.
- Address safety concerns immediately and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Enforce state property rules, including asking trespassers to leave and calling law enforcement if necessary.
- Transfer surplus IT equipment to the Wildwood warehouse.
- Conduct site inspections as directed.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with state vehicle management and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of CFOP guidelines and policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and software.
- Basic understanding of IT equipment and its management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
