What You'll Be Doing

• Support Teachers in Maintaining a Safe, Engaging Classroom
• Help Supervise Children During Indoor and Outdoor Activities
• Aid with Meals, Transitions, and Daily Routines
• Read Stories, Lead Activities, and Encourage Learning Through Play
• Step In Wherever Your Classroom Team Needs an Extra Set of Hands

What We're Looking For

• At Least 18 Years Old
• High School Graduates or GED Equivalent

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay - Teacher Assistants & Aides: $17–$18.50/hour
• Qualified Caregivers & Teachers: Up to $25/hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus ($1000 for Patch qualified Caregivers or Teachers!)
