Kamaʻāina Kids is seeking dependable substitute teachers for our Kahului Preschool. Whether you're looking for a few days a month or several days a week, we welcome those ready to step in when our classrooms need an extra helping hand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support teachers in maintaining a safe, engaging classroom
• Help supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Assist with meals, transitions, and daily routines
• Read stories, lead activities, and encourage learning through play
• Step in wherever your classroom team needs an extra set of hands

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school graduates or GED equivalent
• Reliable and adaptable

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay - Teacher Assistants & Aides: $17–$18.50/hour
• Qualified Caregivers & Teachers: Up to $25/hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus ($1000 for Patch qualified Caregivers or Teachers!)
