What You'll Be Doing

As a Substitute Preschool Assistant, you may: - Support teachers in maintaining a safe, engaging classroom
- Help supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Assist with meals, transitions, and daily routines
- Read stories, lead activities, and encourage learning through play
- Step in wherever your classroom team needs an extra set of hands

What We're Looking For

You don't need childcare experience—we'll train the right person.
We're looking for people who are: - At least 18 years old
- High school graduates or GED equivalent
- Reliable and adaptable
- Friendly, patient, and positive
- Comfortable working with young children
- Ready to jump in wherever they're needed

Pay & Benefits

- Starting Pay - Teacher Assistants & Aides: $17–$18.50/hour
- Qualified Caregivers & Teachers: Up to $25/hour
- $500 Sign-On Bonus ($1000 for Patch qualified Caregivers or Teachers!)
