Substitute - Food Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Moving food to preparation area
• Preparing food for cooking and serving
• Cooking food, serving food, and storing food
• Cleaning work utensils, equipment, kitchen and dining areas
• Cashiering
• Serving, assisting, and helping customers
• Setting up serving lines
• Maintaining proper sanitation and safe food handling procedures
• Attending designated meetings and training classes
• Performing other duties as assigned by manager and assistant manager

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and initiative
• Positive customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience or knowledge in quantity food preparation is a plus
