YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS
- Create a fun and nurturing environment where children can develop their skills through playtime and social interactions.
- Provide enriching outdoor education experiences for students aged 7 weeks to 12 years.
- Adapt activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of each student.
- Develop creative activities that encourage exploration and foster curiosity about the world.
SUBSTITUTE EARLY EDUCATOR MUST-HAVES
- Flexibility for working with students ages 7 weeks through 12 years.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with all NAEYC, STARS, and state childcare regulations.
- Ability to build relationships with parents and use Procare for ongoing communication.
- Effective communication with all teachers and educational staff.
- Positive energy and a collaborative team spirit.
- Passion for education and working with children.
PAY & BENEFITS
Pay: $18.50 - $29.00/hour (based on qualifications)
