Early Education Substitute Teacher

Specific Responsibilities

• Teaching Students with provided lesson plans
• Following CCA Staff regulations, guidelines, procedures
• Providing a safe environment for kids
• Aiding teachers with required tasks, duties, and class coverage

• A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ
• A strong commitment to the philosophies and mission of Calvary Chapel
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lead and communicate with children
• The ability to multi-task and become easily oriented
• The ability to be “with it” and monitor groups of children with a positive disciplinary approach
• The ability to be flexible and open to coming at the last minute and filling the gap where needs are evident
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English
• A servant’s heart for Christ and His children
