The Stanislaus County Office of Education seeks qualified candidates for the positions of Infant Toddler Educator, Preschool Associate Teacher, and Preschool Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year. Positions require a valid California Child Development Permit.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Substitute Child Development Application Valid California Child Development Permit
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification - in person training required
- Copies of transcripts showing Child Development units
- Department of Justice/FBI/CACI fingerprint clearance
- Tuberculosis clearance
- SB 792 Immunizations clearance
- Physical/lift test/drug screen clearance
- Official transcripts

Applicants who successfully pass the screening process will proceed to reference checks and then fingerprints and physicals.

- Go to www.ctc.ca.gov
- Search for an Educator
- Secured Search
- Enter your social security number & your date of birth
- Click on "Document Number" of your current credential
- Click on "Print Preview" in File menu drop-down
- Be sure that all of the details of your certification are visible
- Reduce if necessary
- Submit this copy with your application
