About the role

The Stanislaus County Office of Education seeks qualified candidates for the positions of Infant Toddler Educator, Preschool Associate Teacher, and Preschool Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year. Positions require a valid California Child Development Permit.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Substitute Child Development Application Valid California Child Development Permit
  • Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification - in person training required
  • Copies of transcripts showing Child Development units
  • Department of Justice/FBI/CACI fingerprint clearance
  • Tuberculosis clearance
  • SB 792 Immunizations clearance
  • Physical/lift test/drug screen clearance
  • Official transcripts

  1. Go to www.ctc.ca.gov
  2. Search for an Educator
  3. Secured Search
  4. Enter your social security number & your date of birth
  5. Click on "Document Number" of your current credential
  6. Click on "Print Preview" in File menu drop-down
  7. Be sure that all of the details of your certification are visible
  8. Reduce if necessary
  9. Submit this copy with your application
