Glendive Public Schools seeks reliable Substitute Bus Drivers to cover for regular staff when needed. Ideal candidates should have a CDL, a good sense of humor, and a clean driving record.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate school buses on assigned routes and schedules
• Transport students to and from school, activities, and field trips
• Ensure students are safe, supported, and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment
• Follow district policies and state transportation regulations
• Bring calm, patience, and good judgment to the road

What We're Looking For

• Valid Montana CDL with required endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check, drug/alcohol screening, and medical requirements
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Dependable and ready to go when called
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail

Additional Information

If you’ve got a CDL but aren’t sure about endorsements, apply anyway. Training may be available to help the right candidate get road-ready.
