We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to extract content.
The posting includes:
General Description: "JOIN OUR TEAM AS A BUS DRIVER Provides safe, reliable, professional transit service to fixed route customers, residents and visitors of Pasco County by driving a heavy-duty transit vehicle, adhering to all transit and traffic rules, and providing excellent customer service to the public."
That's description; could be About the role.
Essential Job Functions: list of duties. Should go under Responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list of abilities. Could go under Skills (or Qualifications). The instructions: Use headings for sections like Skills, Qualifications, etc. We need to decide where each piece fits.
Minimum Requirements: includes registration/consent, physical activities/working conditions, education/training/experience, licenses/certifications, ADA statement, drug-free workplace, emergency response, veterans' preference, Pasco County voted top workplace.
We need to preserve all substantive info, but remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The ADA statement, drug-free workplace, emergency response, veterans' preference, top workplace maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. ADA statement is legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a statement about accommodation; might be considered legal boilerplate. However it's substantive? It's a standard statement; likely to be removed. Similarly drug-free workplace, emergency response, veterans' preference, top workplace maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ADA is legal; drug-free workplace maybe also legal; emergency response maybe not; veterans' preference maybe legal; top workplace maybe not legal but could be considered fluff. Safer to remove those as they are generic statements. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; but these are generic. I'd remove ADA statement, drug-free workplace, emergency response, veterans' preference, top workplace.

We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". Ensure we have real content.
