What awaits you: You will install conduit, grounding systems, structural steel, disconnect switches, buswork, and electrical wiring for substation projectsYou will perform maintenance and repair activities on high-voltage substations and related equipmentYou will operate equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts to support construction and installation activitiesYou will work closely with project leaders and team members to coordinate jobsite activities and resolve field issuesYou will travel to customer sites throughout the Southwest and contribute to successful project execution in a safe and professional manner What you bring to the table: You have a high school diploma or GED, and experience in substation constructionYou have the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, prints, and one-line diagramsYou have strong mechanical skills and are comfortable using manual and power toolsYou are a self-motivated team player with strong communication and problem-solving skillsYou are willing to travel regularly and can work safely in outdoor environments and changing weather conditions Our Benefits: Hover over our benefit icons and learn more about your benefits with us!
