Substance Use Disorder Therapist

Role: Substance Use Disorder Therapist Responsibilities: Provide outpatient, in‑home, and community‑based counseling to adolescents and adults. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person‑centered treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy focused on substance use and co‑occurring mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with community partners and referral sources, monitor client progress, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
