Substance Use Disorder Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, in‑home, and community‑based counseling to adolescents and adults.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person‑centered treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy focused on substance use and co‑occurring mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with community partners and referral sources.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture of compassion, integrity, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant licensure or certification in substance use counseling or mental health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in team settings.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
