Substance Use Disorder Counselor Program Supervisor

Role: The Program Supervisor oversees office operations, staff management, and client services within a regulatory framework. Responsibilities Lead and support staff to ensure quality program delivery.Ensure compliance with California regulations and health & safety codes.Manage client services, including case management, group counseling, and education.Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a professional environment.Monitor office performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with management for improvements.Represent the organization professionally with courts, clients, and community partners. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required).Active certification as SUDC (required).At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems. Additional Details: Full-time hours during business hours, with availability for mandatory overtime.
