Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and referrals
- Develop treatment plans
- Case management
- Coordinate community support services
- Maintain clinical documentation
- Support clients' recovery and stability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin SAC‑IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
- Experience with justice‑involved populations (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
