About the role
Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning, and deliver case management and community support services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support clients' recovery goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate's degree in human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles
- Experience with justice-involved populations preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
