About the role
Provide individual and group counseling for clients overcoming addiction, conduct assessments, screenings, and treatment planning. Deliver case management, coordinate community support services, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to support clients' recovery and stability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development.
- Support clients in achieving personal recovery goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential.
- Associate's degree in human services or related field; bachelor's preferred.
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles.
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
