Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients with substance use disorders
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide case management and coordinate community support services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' recovery and stability
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- Associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction and counseling principles
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
