Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with substance use disorders
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide case management and coordinate community support services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' recovery and stability

Qualifications

  • Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
  • Associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred)
  • Knowledge of addiction and counseling principles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus
