Seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate community support services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support client recovery goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in supervision and training
Requirements
- A valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential
- An associate’s degree in human services or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of addiction and case management principles
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
