Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients.
- Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Deliver case management services and coordinate community support services.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support clients in their recovery and stability journeys.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential.
- Associate’s degree in human services or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management.
- Experience working with justice-involved populations is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
