Substance Use Case Manager - Hartford & Barre
About the role
Lund’s Regional Partnership Program (RPP) seeks a dedicated and driven Case Manager to support families, create meaningful change, and address substance use challenges in Vermont communities. RPP Case Managers work out of local DCF Family Services offices in Barre and Hartford, splitting time between locations based on referrals, caseloads and program needs.
