Works daily with residents
Works daily with residents to provide support, encouragement, and guidance.
Accurately report incidents
- Accurately report incidents or any behavior that includes significance on provided forms.
Assist and supervise clients
- Aid and supervise clients with meal preparation.
- Aide clients with scheduling appointments, chores, community service, and other activities.
Transport clients
- Transport clients, adhering to all traffic and safety laws.
Communicate concerns
- Communicate difficulties and/or concerns regarding client's behaviors to the supervisor as appropriate.
Ensure shift chores
- Ensure shift chores are completed, especially the deep cleaning of the facility.
Conduct screenings and inspections
- Conduct alcohol and drug screenings in conjunction with visits and employment.
- Conduct compliance room checks and inspect all incoming resident's property.
Mandatory training and meetings
- Attend all mandatory training and staff meetings.
Comply with ethical and organizational standards
- Adhere to NAADAC Code of Ethics, as well as the Wind River Family and Community Health Care and White Buffalo Recovery Center policies and procedures.
Complete paperwork
- Completes paperwork requirements to maintain quality, up-to-date records, including progress notes and other relevant information.
- Enter the necessary information into the electronic health record (EHR) system, ACCUCARE.
Other duties
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the Department.
