Subject Matter Expert (SME) – SAS Viya Analytics Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical models using SAS Viya tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAS Viya or similar analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages relevant to analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAS Viya architecture and best practices.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SAS Viya.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and Hadoop ecosystem.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
