Responsibilities
- Engage with customers throughout the lifecycle of the relationship, from early introductions at trade shows, special events, and conferences, during procurement processes, into onboarding, and continually supporting throughout the contract.
- Represent the company at national and regional law-enforcement conferences, workshops, and professional associations.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for law enforcement customers and internal team members.
- Host and coordinate webinars and Leads Online events to promote ongoing education.
- Provide advanced analytical client support for our products NightHawk and CellHawk.
- Provide expert guidance on investigative data, case analysis, and technical workflows involving product such as Leads Online, NightHawk, and CellHawk.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Client Support teams to enhance training materials and address user needs.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver advanced digital-data analysis training for law-enforcement customers—virtually and in person.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of digital data to include cellular call detail records, specialty location information, tower and area dumps, social media platform data, device extraction data, and connected car data.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to data-handling and CJIS compliance standards.
- Stay current on emerging investigative technologies, digital-forensics trends, and tradecraft to keep training content relevant.
- At times be available after normal business hours to provide exigent client support.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- 5+ years of experience in a training/presenting, analytical, or SME role, with significant expertise in digital data analysis.
- 5+ years of law enforcement investigative or analysis experience preferred.
- Familiarity with other, non-Leads Online CDR/digital evidence investigative platforms a plus.
- Direct experience and depth of knowledge in criminal investigations, specializing in disparate digital data commonly utilized and exploited by law enforcement.
- Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver law-enforcement-specific training programs to include live training events/webinars.
- Strong understanding of data handling, evidence integrity, and chain-of-custody considerations.
- Experience translating complex analytical concepts into accessible learning content a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with comfort speaking to command-level and technical audiences.
- Previous court experience providing testimony as a court-recognized Subject Matter Expert in the field of Call Detail Record Analysis or digital data preferred.
- Strategic thinker with proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- To be considered, you must successfully pass a criminal background check and meet all requirements to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy eligibility.
