Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Strategic Planning & PPBE Analysis

About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goals. This individual will also conduct PPBE (Programmatically Planned Budget Execution) analysis to ensure compliance with federal budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic plans that support organizational objectives
• Conduct PPBE analysis to ensure compliance with federal budgetary requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning and PPBE analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with budgeting and financial management software
• Knowledge of federal budgetary processes and regulations
