Insurance Requirements

We require our sub-contractors to carry:

• Commercial General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

• Business Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit OR $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person, $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence, $500,000 property damage
