About the role
The Subcontract Program Sr Manager will be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities

- Monitor subcontractor performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the defense industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and policies.
- Understanding of subcontracting and procurement processes.
