Subcontract Program Manager

About the role

The Subcontract Program Manager will be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and overseeing project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
• Oversee subcontractor performance and make recommendations for contract modifications
• Ensure all subcontractors comply with contractual agreements and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and milestones
• Prepare and present reports on subcontractor performance and project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or similar field
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience with subcontractor contract management software
• Passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
