Subcontract Program Manager

Responsible for managing subcontract programs within Lockheed Martin, overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage subcontract agreements
• Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field
• Strong understanding of federal contracting regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6
• Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
