About the role
The Subcontract Management Supervisor/Lead is responsible for developing project subcontract management plans and managing the performance of designated subcontracts. This role ensures successful completion of key phases in the Subcontract Management process, execution of subcontracts, and performance management of subcontractor activities while supporting RFP development, negotiation, and contract management phases. Domestic and international travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Statement of Work (SOW), post-award Start-up, and Post Award Conference (PAC).
- Maintain the respective area of the Outsourcing Matrix and ensure receipt of deliverables.
- Conduct Production Readiness assessments, SMT meetings, and external Subcontractor status reviews.
- Analyze subcontractor performance and contribute to Subcontract Progressing and Close-out activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
