Subcontract Management Senior

About the role

Responsible for managing subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and deliverables on time and within budget. Oversee project execution, coordinate with internal teams, and manage relationships with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with internal teams and external vendors.
• Resolve issues and conflicts related to subcontractor performance and project delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on subcontractor performance and project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
