Responsible for managing subcontracts within the company, ensuring compliance with all regulations and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and company policies.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors to maintain a positive working environment.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve issues and conflicts related to subcontracting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to subcontracting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
