Responsibilities
- Award and document purchase orders and subcontracts in accordance with applicable regulations
- Develop subcontract models for a variety of agreement types
- Analyze market trends and subcontractor performance
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Conduct small business outreach and support compliance audits
- Lead source selection teams and develop procurement policies
- Maintain procurement metrics and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- 15 years of experience required; 9 years of experience preferred with additional relevant education
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) required
- Experience with enterprise management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Supervisory skills demonstrated through training and mentoring procurement personnel preferred
- Experience in a NASA procurement environment preferred
Pay
$108,000 – $130,000 annually
Schedule
Flexible 9/80 work schedule allowing for every other Friday off
