Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to customers, service technicians, and other dealerships.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Load and unload parts and materials, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Absorb and assist with inventory management and restocking of parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with parts department staff, customers, and service technicians regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
• Adhere to all safety and driving regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Assist in keeping the parts department clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving delivery vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift heavy items and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and their applications is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
