Service Manager Bertera Subaru of West Springfield

About the role

The Bertera Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a minimum of 4 years of current automotive dealership experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate verifiable departmental growth in revenue, gross profit, and emphasize in ELR, hours per CPRO, employee and customer retention, CSI, and $ per CPRO.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and lead employees effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage and grow the service department's revenue and profitability
• Implement and maintain best practices in service operations
• Oversee the service department's workflow and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Automotive Service Manager experience
• Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds software
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

Benefits

Pay

$80,000.00 to $160,000.00 /year
