Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures
• Achieve personal sales metrics and contribute to team sales goals
• Actively build and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture
• Demonstrate Montce culture, ethics, and accountability to foster trust and transparency
• Stay current on trends and styles to offer an up-to-date in-store styling experience
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Store Manager on all store and company topics
• Participate in retail clienteling to enhance the customer experience
• Help maintain a well-organized store inventory and back-of-house area
• Serve as an expert on product and fit knowledge
• Deliver the Montce client experience, ensuring the client is always the priority

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with receptiveness to feedback
• Minimum of 1–2 years of retail experience
• Trendy and expressive personal style
• Open availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Confident people skills

Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout an 8-hour workday
• Occasional lifting and moving of boxes up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with technology, including social media, clienteling, e-commerce, and POS platforms
