Stylist

About the role

As a part time Windsor stylist, you are the face of our brand to our fashion loving customers! You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day in your store. As the first contact of the Windsor brand, you'll get to showcase your incredible style and passion for fashion through styling our customers head to toe while creating a positive environment for all. You are not just selling clothes, you are creating memories!

Responsibilities

• Style and present products to customers
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide styling advice and recommendations
• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and ability to communicate this enthusiasm to others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of basic retail operations and customer service principles

Skills

• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
