STYLIST

About the role

Charles Ifergan Salons are growing and looking to hire Stylists for their nationally acclaimed training programs. Positions available include newly graduated Colorists and Stylists, as well as more advanced Colorists and Stylists through an accelerated training program. Upon completion, Stylists have the potential to become high earning Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Apply hair color techniques to achieve desired results
• Create and maintain client relationships
• Perform styling services including cuts, perms, and updos
• Use salon tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Experience in a salon setting preferred but not required
• Pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license if transportation to and from work is required
