• Educate guests on easy at-home styling and recommend products to help them maintain their look.
• Build lasting guest relationships and encourage pre-booking to drive retention.
• Continue developing your skills and earning potential through our level system, ongoing education, guest retention, and product recommendations.

Requirements

• State of Michigan Cosmetology License
• Charismatic, approachable personality with a passion for hair design
