About the Role

A Chloé Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. As a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player, you will thrive in providing the best experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Owner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Meet CRM targets through personalized reach-out campaigns and clienteling tools.
  • Capture client data and qualitative notes, maintaining awareness of your portfolio, including VVICs and VICs.
• Omnichannel Business Partner
  • Drive sales and business performance using omnichannel services.
  • Monitor and work toward store and individual sales and KPI targets.
  • Complete trainings and participate in commercial activities set by management.
  • Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors’ activities.
• Operations Excellence Supporter
  • Maintain an impeccable store environment, back-of-house (BOH), and grooming standards.
  • Report structural repairs to management to ensure a luxurious environment.
  • Follow all guidelines for store and BOH management, including participating in inventories.
  • Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service follow-up.
  • Comply with Richemont policies and standards.
• Perform other tasks and duties as requested by management.

Pay

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
