About the Role

A Chloé Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. As a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player, you will thrive in providing the best experience.

Responsibilities

• A Client Relationship Owner
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and develops long-term client relationships.
  • Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in actions to reach them.
  • Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within the given timeframe.
  • Consistently captures client data and notes qualitative information.
  • Knows their portfolio of customers, particularly VVICs and VICs.
• An Omnichannel Business Partner
  • Offers excellent customer service and drives strong business performance.
  • Uses all omnichannel services to grow sales.
  • Is aware of store and individual sales and KPI targets, actively engaging in actions to meet them.
  • Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities set by management.
  • Works to achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
  • Stays informed about the local trading environment and competitors’ activities.
• An Operations Excellence Supporter
  • Ensures an impeccable store environment, back-of-house (BOH), and grooming at all times.
  • Proactively informs management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
  • Implements all guidelines related to store and BOH management and participates in inventories.
  • Supports after-sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable service.
  • Complies with established Richemont policies and standards.
• Other tasks and duties as requested by the manager.

Pay

Expected hourly range: $21–$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
